I was bard for a little bit, and with 110% masteries, and a mastery drink, i almost never failed distant things. Faerie is a great bard race, as is elf, vinnipier is decent as well. make stats mean more plz thx |

i do not understand why you people think stats are not important. logically, you have no idea how much the "after 500" rule affects them, so any "knowledge" you have on the subject is pure guess work. you don't know how stats get used, or how this rule even affects stat usage. please stop assuming that getting +100 to a stat is not useful. you are very worng.
wronger than the spelling of that word. |

I'm personally against this one. Way, way too boring for such
an interesting guild.

With a skills potion, one never fails. I rather like this
mechanic - we effectively have to choose a temporary specialty
in order to always succeed, and can only pick one at a time.

I like this.

The problem I've always had with keeping these up is not duration, but
getting people to return my flasks ;-) Especially with party songs,
keeping them up shouldn't be hard.
Now, party songs I do think are broken, last I checked.

I've long said, I put in the instrument types I liked. If you want
more, ask, they can be added easily. I just added bagpipes.
Lastly, I'll end up with:
With the exception of the guild item, I've always tried to avoid
doing much to update this guild, because I like it so much. It's
hands-down my favorite guild in the game. Among those who like
it, they all seem similar - one either loves it or hates it.
While as a guild it is certainly underpowered in some ways, its
continued following attests to its viability anyway. Power isn't
everything, and despite its shortcomings, I'd be hard pressed to
say it really needs anything else.
