Instead of inserting caps, Im more fan of putting exp into something
that gives more...

Aka more bodies..

I have an idea, based on the reanimation spell in necromancer tree
(lich spell).

This spell reincarnates your necro pets into high pets,, and gives
them 115 skills/ spells...

How about making a similar option for players worth 10bill + but
something else as a reward, to not
conflict with races...

Feel free to put in reward ideas here.. ofcourse should be permanent,

Necromancers reanimation spell reincs pets with 85% tax,,,, maybe a
95% tax for players who choose
to do the same,, ofcourse this "must" make the reward worth it...

It could be,, like having a brand new island with vnice eq mobs etc
etc... and to gain access to this island one have to
"reanimate" to be able to even go to that island or to use eq from
that island...

Regarding Lucifer's renanimation proposal ... they have this on
another mud. You're taxed 100% (minimum age/worth to reanimate), you
require one less race level per reanimation, and you slowly gain
access to a handful of special races. Basically, you purge yourself
and start over without any significant increase in power.

Why is that last part important? Because if it did increase power
level significantly, then it just increases the power differential
between high and low ... which, imo, is one of the main problems
we've had here.
