Casting skill Thu Jan 13 04:43:59 2011 MST Roirraw player offline I know newbies get a % bonus to all their skills/spells anyway, but the casting skill seems like it'd be better off being trainable at or below level 15. Half of them are like this already, but it seems like most if not all of them should grant casting earlier.
