Emoting players who are in stealth | Thu Dec 30 10:35:03 2010 MST |
| It's very annoying how you can't emote one. Is it possible to change it such that emoting them will always result in "*" even if they are in the same room so they preserve their secrecey? For example "*You lol at X." instead of "There is no X here."

| I second this. I find it highly annoying to get a message back saying they are not here when you know damn well that they are standing right next to you. |

| This is just a wild ass guess, but I'm under the impression that stealth effectively makes the player "invis". Could it be possible to always make them "distant" instead? I.e. you can emote a wiz in a different room, but you cant emote an invis wis |

Somethng like making stealth check if it's for emoting or not.. |

| it's not part of the stealth code, and you'd have to have change the way emotes are handled. it's a real pita for emotes, let them live without emotes. |
