Who is it that considers Elemental band a 'top' nether ring again? Without even looking at an eq page, I can think of at least five other rings which I'd rather use as either nether mage or lava mage, and as you pointed out, mist mages don't wear eq. Besides, if you're using an elemental band for your nether set, why not just tune cold or fire instead of poison?
