Spellmageddon Wed Aug 11 06:00:18 2010 MST Maduo player offline Chemosh, wildchild, seth, and chuck norris gave me an awesome idea. specifically speaking, as it stands now, spells are kinda worthless at or over 100%, with the exception of some spells that increase damage at 101+. However, I think it would be a great idea if the concept of lowering casting cost was applied to all spells at 101%+ This would handily give a reason to actually train spells over 100%, instead of training to the minimum for non-eq reincs that will be all >101%+!
