exp rate, i figure it could atleast be average, considering most

especially considering that vampire undead familiars have ungodly
high charisma...
I always wondered why some vampires (players) were considered
atrocious and others (non players) were considered extremely

While this mud doesn't have to be a mirror of "real world" lore, we
might want to up this since vampires ARE traditionally charasimatic,
wether it's straight looks or thier supernatural vampireness. |

| just so you guys know, the exp rate is calculated automatically
based on the race's stat modifiers and abilities and such. raising
the charisma would lower the exp rate. |
