| Devour corpse The snakeman has been known to occasionally devour the corpse of their not so fortunate foes, thereby gaining sustenance by digesting their body. The gain is of course directly related to the size of corpse devoured. Though larger corpses do provide more, the snakeman is unable to devour another corpse once a large meal has already been eaten. Awesome idea, but it's missing just two things. Firstly, when the snakeman devours a corpse, they must curl up and sleep while the meal is digested, therefore rendering them utterly immobile for approximately two in-game days. During that time, the player's description should include a line saying something to the effect of 'There is a/an <verb> bulge in the midsection of this snakeman.', where <verb> is anything from 'small' to 'enormous' based on the size of the meal devoured, and the time left until the snakeman regains mobility.

I did mean adjective. Also, the secondly part is hidden. Finding it will solve the riddle! |
