| I'd like to see restore self, take less then max sps, if it is only
refreshing 3-400 eps, and still taking my 1200 sps, it seems like a
waste when using it unless in dire need.not sure if thats the
intention |

| every sp you use for it adds to the amount you are healed. it also
heals hps, fyi, and
the intention is almost definitely that it not be used much at all.
works well when you want to drop your attune though. |
