consecrations Wed Aug 5 23:42:02 2009 MST Vor admin offline since consecrations didn't actually work before the code was fixed recently, they probably weren't ever really very well tested. i think they're really probably too good, or at least their combination with the other awesome things healers do is over the top. so i tuned the 2 consecration effects down from templar.
