Changed minion death so you'll lose either 35% of next level as it is now, or you'll lose 35% of on hand exp if that happens to be more than the level cost.

if this is a serious post (and as it isnt april fools day i am
assuming it is), would it be possible to at least let fams lvl
beyond the current imposed lvling caps? i dont see the point in not
allowing a fam to lvl beyond lvl 60 (zombie), to skills/spells to
study, and no use for xp. and then get a huge penalty 35% xp loss if
it dies. in my opinion this encourage nothing other than to not gain
any xp, not die, not do anything

Why?

Is this just intended to hurt the newbie necros who are saving up xps on their undead to make it worth leveling them past level 24? I don't see who else this hurts, and we don't usually do stuff specifically to hurt already disadvantaged players.

Changed it so exp on hand makes no difference to the loss at death, only level cost matters. However, high undeads now lose more exp than "normal" undeads if they die.
