mind surge Fri Oct 4 14:34:08 2013 MST Vor admin offline mind surge had not been changed since the 1.5x modifier for hp/ep/sp max got changed to a 2x modifier. as a result, it was healing too much (because of how i changed where healing modifiers were handled), so it costs and heals about 2/3 as much now.
