after looking at the code for these two i must say that they don't seem to be horribly effective as they are. really see no reason for a hit cap on them.



as such i removed the hit cap. i lowered the chance for forged ego to go off a little, as well.

I have to personally say that I am in agreement with the changes
you've been making/have made in this guild. When I was >lvl 100,
105, whatever, with skills between 105-110% and ~600-700 dex, I
couldn't hardly keep up with the prots as they would fall so fast.
Hopefully some of these changes will make this guild a little more
popular.
