| art of assassination now won't insta a mob unless it is determined by some
somewhat lazy calculating that you aren't going to do enough damage to kill
the mob with your skill, since the skill damage is not actually inflicted
til after art of assassination determines if it will go off. this is to
make it so that you don't waste eps on an art of assassination special that
ultimately didn't actually kill the mob any faster for you.
i also made the ep cost of an art of assassination proc base itself off of
the level of the mob. the highest cost is the same either way, but now the
cost can be considerably lower. |
