Altered dispel magic so that it now checks the strength of that which it tries to dispel, meaning you can fail to dispel things that are dispellable.



I also made it so you can dispel all vulns and rupts from friendly targets.



This will take full effect after reboot.

Updated the spell again. It will now try to remove beneficial magic if you cast it upon enemy targets. At the moment there are no spells that are properly categorized, meaning no beneficial spells can be dispelled yet, but will fix that fairly soon.

After reboot all greater and lesser shields will be dispellable with dispel magic. By greater i mean all "greater x shield" type spells in abjurer tree, and by lesser "lesser x shield".
