It makes total sense why you wouldn't be able to cast indoors without a cloud, but calling your own cloud would be a nice workaround to this limitation for low-level druids. The only gamma damage spells for druid require you to be outdoors which is pretty limiting until getting to bravo levels. This makes sense for weather watcher given the nature of the guild, but the spell "call clouds" feels like the natural workaround for call lightning. Just the ramblings of a new druid alt, I'm sure this has all been suggested before so disregard if already slapped down.
