lowered the max damage increase to melee/skill damage, and made the
increase to stats/damage smooth rather than allowing you to get most
of it early and the stagger the effects past that point.

basically you'll get the same stats at godlike/satanic that you had
before, but you won't have the same stats at good/evil ta you had
before. also, you will have a little less damage boost at
godlike/satanic, and you will definitely have less at good/evil.
